The Research Planning Meeting of Group C (Teacher Professional Development) jointly organized by Universiti Sains Malaysia and Hiroshima University, was held in Penang, Malaysia, from 22 to 26, March 2010. We had a fruitful discussion on the general framework of Group C, individual research topics, time schedule, research and financial challenges, and a possibility of collaborative research among Group-C members.<\/p>\n
